Is this why libraries re closing and only the wealthy will be able to afford further education?

Education shpuld be free for all, its to the benefit of society. We are the poorer in more than one sence as the result of current policy.

Meanwhile ministers keep complsining when univerversities say they will charge the full £9000 a year; ie when they follow government policies. This is because we will have to pay more out in loans than they budgeted for. Opps.

Clearly a case for more education, not more ignorance.
