Stop Fracking

Frack free pledge on behalf of both Greenpeace and Friends of the Earth.

Greenpeace and Friends of the Earth oppose fracking and we would like to give you the opportunity to speak up on this important matter. Together we've just launched the Frack Free Promise -- a statement that prospective parliamentary candidates can sign on to in the run up to the election.

It's easy to take part. Simply click the link below to tell us if you agree with the following:

“If my constituency is at risk of fracking, I will oppose it. If my constituency is not at risk, I will oppose fracking nationwide.”

Yes - I’d like to sign the Frack Free Promise

Within the next few days, Greenpeace and Friends of the Earth will launch a new website to show which election candidates have signed the Frack Free Promise. If you've signed before the website is published, people in your constituency will be able to see your response. If you feel unable to commit to the Frack Free Promise, you should expect to receive further emails from Greenpeace and Friends of the Earth supporters in your constituency, seeking to encourage you to sign.

If you've any further questions or would like to know more about the Frack Free Promise, there's an FAQs page on our website Or alternatively please reply to this email and I'll be more than happy to get back to you.

Thanks and good luck with your election campaign.
