Earley Environmental Group talk - Bovine TB

The resurgence of bovine TB in England and Wales: a scientific and political conundrum - given by Nick Taylor, a veterinary epidemiologist working at the University of Reading. The talk will cover a brief history of bovine TB in Britain focusing on the recent upsurge in the last two decades, the link with badgers and the range of control measures used at different times. The scientific and political challenges that face us will be discussed (but no solution will offered!). The talk starts at 19.30. Non-members welcome.  Donation for costs requested.
