Action AWE, Abolish Nuclear Weapons

Action AWE is excited to announce its public launch will be held in:

The Kennet Room,
Reading Civic Centre,

on Wednesday 27th February 2013 at 7.30 pm

We invite all to come along and discuss the issues and arguments with Dr Rebecca Johnson, Co Chair of the International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons, speak on:

‘Avoiding nuclear catastrophe: from local action to a global nuclear ban’

and Kate Hudson, CND General Secretary speak on:

‘Time to Scrap Trident – how we can make it happen’.

Learn how you can get involved. Action AWE is a new grassroots campaign to mobilise opposition to Trident replacement and engage broad support for a global multilateral treaty to ban nuclear weapons.
