I bought one and have just installed it, its been taking up a large chunk of my living room for the last few days.

It comes without instructions, but you can look them up at www.greencone.com, essentially dig a hole (in a sunny spot) just bigger than the mesh basket, so it sits just below ground level. But the back come on top, then the green cone on top of that. Theres a bar across the top of my one, to help carry it, it can be cut off to make it easier to get food waste in.

Its a little different from ordinary composters, it wont digest paper or grass clippings, put them in an ordinary composter. The Green Cone reduces food waste to its natural components of water, carbon dioxide and a small residue. The solar-heated garden unit takes all cooked and uncooked food waste including meat, fish, bones, dairy products, vegetables and fruit.
