Over 20 Years Nothing Done For Cyclists

I have lived in Reading for over 12 years now and I have seen little improvement in cycle paths in that time. The local LD talk about cycling quite a lot but even when in power seem to do almost nothing, much like their coalition partners locally and nationally the Tories. And much like Labour. So it was with some surprise that I noticed an ex LD Cllr tweeting that nothing had been done for over 20 years! The LD and Tories normally say that they made improvements when they were in power a couple of years ago, but it seems the truth has come out. Just in case it gets deleted here is a screenshot.

On a similar subject one ex LD Cllr has been making some serious allegations about another ex LD Cllr. I would not want to intrude on private grief but read it for yourself here.
