Please take two minutes to write to your Member of Parliament about Trident.
CND is urging MPs to express their opposition to Trident replacement by adding their name to EDM 96 entitled Trident Replacement – a motion in Parliament which urges the government to scrap its plans for a new generation of nuclear weapon carrying submarines.
To date 76 MPs have signed the EDM If enough of us contact them they will feel the pressure to add their name.
All you have to do is visit the xnd website.
You just need to enter your postcode and then send the email we have already drafted for your MP - though you are welcome to amend it or add some personal thoughts.
We hope to achieve support from over 100 MPs before the Summer closure of Parliament.
But we need your help to do it.
If you have already contacted your MP, please forward the link to friends and family in the constituency to take action as well.

There is no point in spending millions on Trident when your opponents can win a war against you using suicide bombs and IEDs and homemade mortar bombs etc(?)Its a dangerous waste of money, and resources .
