David Cameron said "In certain instances individuals may be giving
money to charities and those charities don't in all cases do a great amount of charitable work."
I wonder how much charitable work is done be the likes of Eton, Harrow and Winchester, the poshest schools that for some reason have been given charitable status!
Though in this case he was referring to wealthy people setting up charities abroad into which they pay money, but which are then used to fund their own companies, or even leisure activities.
