A friend in the USA told me about this, a protest remarkably similar to Brian Haw in London. A peace vigil has been going on the White House lawn since 1981; Concepcion Picciotto is one who stays; through the rain and snow, the arrests, the abuses and threats through the years. Since 1981, Concepcion, has continued a vigil for world peace against the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.
