Local Farmers Markets

Farmers markets are great, but buying food once or twice a month is not enough. In Reading we are lucky enough to have one twice a month, on the first and third saturdays. They are from 08:30 - 12:00 Market Place, Gt Knolly's Street, near the train station.

I've just learned that on the 2nd saturday of the month, theres a Purley Farmers Market is at Big Barn, Beech Road, Purley-on-Thames, Berkshire 08:30 - 12:30. Purley is not far away, so we have 3 a month.

A bit further away is Wokingham farmers market, held on the 1st Thursday each month 9am to 2pm at the Market Place in the town centre.

Woodley have one in the town centre on the third Wednesday of the month, from 9am til 2pm
