Battle Library Centenary

Battle Library will have been open for 100 years on June,3rd 2008.

We would like to create a Community Quilt which will not only be a large part of the centenary celebrations but which will hang in the refurbished library as a special feature.

We need artists and stitchers to design and help to create this wall hanging which we hope will be a lasting memory of the wonderfully colourful and culturally diverse area which is the Oxford Road.

We need individuals, groups, organisations, schools and churches to come together with bright ideas and offers of help.
